No hot water Broken windows Very dirty When we complained about the above, the owner asked us to check out and made us sign a paper that we will not ask for any discount if we wanted to continue our stay that we have paid for

The pool has broken tiles. The bed linens are quite itchy when we woke up.
It is a pretty and clean villa. The swimming pool is also clean and good. One thing is that there was a room where the air conditioner did not work, which was a little inconvenient. There was a little problem with the water drain pipe. The villa is good, but it is located inside, so transportation is a bit inconvenient. It's a great place for families to relax.

呢幾年我地出遊都會係hotel’s.com book酒店，每次都好好的，但今次一定要比劣評間villa.強烈要求hotel’s.com張此villa下架，此villa嚴重影響hotel’s com聲譽.很劣，在泰國住過好多次villa, 第—次見識到—間villa這麽差。地方不便都不是問题，這villa冇接代，管理極差(基乎冇人理我們)要聯絡很耐才有人到，Villa 有很多問題唔會理，投訴也不理。Villa 內部泳池dirty冇清理，床單，被鋪dirty, 床褥凹凸不平床褥中間嚴重凹陷，跟本瞓唔到，水壓極差，水力極到不足洗澡只有熱水冇涷水，冇人清潔，要求清潔一下，每次要收500B所有廚具不是生锈就是好多汚漬，洗手盆嚴重淤塞，冷氣不足仲要滴水，wifi很差，還有隔壁單位連續幾日在半夜極嘈吵也沒有人理.不知所謂的—間villa.
It has an awesome pool, loads of space & is a very nice design and standard. The location is great and easy to get everywhere. We had a lot of fun there - we will definitely be back again.
