The staff could not speak english and it took the 30 minutes to get me checked in. The restaurant didnt have most of what was on the menu.

The shower room needed to be improved, and towels needed to be newer. Breakfast needs to be improved for westerners ie coffee machine.

Thd restaurant was a bit expensive. Their office WiFi was poor so I couldn't pay with my Thai credit card and had to ask my friend to pay by cash which spoilt the effect of thd treat

Could do with some maintenance around the pool, in the room and the resort in general. A little overpriced, I expect when this resort first opened the price was right but now should be lower. Long way from Mukdahan centre so you really need a car. We were the only people at the resort but staff still wouldn’t let us check in until 2pm even though the room was clearly ready.
