Sea Valley Resort

Adorei o Resort. Excelentes comodidades num espaço amplo e muito agradável. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Excelente pequeno almoço. Óptima piscina e um mar fantástico. Quero voltar. Adorei a minha estadia. Agradeço a todos os funcionários com quem pude conversar e por eles ser atendida.

Como sugestão sugiro que possam disponibilizar transporte gratuito do alojamento até a zona de restaurantes, mercearias. É necessário caminhar a pé cerca de 20min. Mas não foi um problema. As funcionárias da recepção não foram atenciosas nem simpáticas (tailandesas). Nem tão pouco se preocuparam em ajudar-me com a bagagem na chegada e na saída.

Wonderful. helpful and friendly staff, tranquil, peaceful, clean and the private plunge pool was better than others at similar price.

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt im Sea Valley Resort. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Das Essen, egal ob Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen, war toll. Unser Highlight war das BBQ am Samstagabend mit Livemusik. Unsere Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Wichtig ist zu erwähnen, dass die betten groß und sehr bequem sind. Der Pool an unserer Villa hat unser Erlebnis abgerundet. Das Resort befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, die zum entspannen einlädt. Der Strandabschnitt ist ein Traum. Falls gewünscht, können hier Aktivitäten wahrgenommen werden. Um Shops, weitere Restaurants oder Cafés zu erreichen ist ein Roller bzw. ein Auto von Vorteil.

This resort is the best located I have been to. It is ideal for a couple or family gettaway. The beach is lovely and the hotel boasts a very competent restaurant and bar, dedicated to please you in every way. Massages, Yoga available, as well as canoes, paddleboards, etc. I must compliment the wonderful staff, all of them amazing and I enhance the reception team, Kate, Ying, Mos and Lena whose service went beyond all expectations. I thank you!

The resort is a little old and missing some amenities like USB/USB-C chargers.

I liked the fact that It Is located way outside the city hush and sounds. If you want to have a relaxed vacation to unwind this Is a very good resort with the best service. I was very well attended by Kate , Ying , Mos and Lena. Very peaceful. The swimming pool was great . Very good breakfast and very helpful staff .

If you want the hush Bush, parties and night life i dont recommend as you have a long route to reach the places where there are parties . But if you want a peaceful and relaxed ambience this Is the best place.

The rooms are right by the beach in a secluded and calm area. The restaurant staff were very nice.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Hotel Manager and the two ladies at reception was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They made up a story about a wet sofa to try to make me pay for an additional night. I disputed this and repeatedly tried to speak directly with the Hotel Manager, but was told that the Manager was off and that I could not speak with them. Apparently, only the reception staff were able to communicate with the Manager. As the situation became increasingly ridiculous and they would not engage in a reasonable conversation, eventually had to involve the local Police. After attending, listening to both parties and understanding what had happened, the Police told the receptionist that they were wasting their time with such a matter and closed the case without any extra charge. The receptionist's reaction at that point said a lot. She looked visibly embarrassed when the Police dismissed the matter and closed the case. For me, that moment summed up just how unnecessarily far the hotel had taken the situation and how unprofessionally it had been handled. This incident also made me miss my boat which is absolutely unacceptable from the Hotel Manager.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Rundum eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt zum Abschluss unserer Rundreise.

Очень компактный отель, в котором всё есть! Нам понравилось! Из нашей виллы на второй линии был частичный вид на море, это не у всех так, но нам повезло
