Avis des clients de l'hôtel

8,3Très bien · sur 4 182 avis

Résumé par IAGenerally very positive for families and leisure stays (spa-like rooms, great amenities, excellent location), but some guests experienced serious disturbances (odors, noisy lobby, hot-water/AC issues) leading to a somewhat mixed overall impression.

Propreté7,0
Mixed impressions: several guests praised spotless bathrooms and excellent housekeeping, but other reviews report noticeable odors (cannabis and occasional sewage smells) and intermittent issues, so overall cleanliness is uneven.
Service8,7

Emplacement9,0
Very strong — repeatedly noted as excellent and within walking distance of the Arab district, halal restaurants, and nearby malls; convenient for sightseeing and dining.
Chambre7,1
Mixed: some guests praised spacious 36 sqm family rooms and comfortable large beds, while others reported narrow rooms, old furniture, broken AC, and hot-water supply problems.
Équipements8,9
Highly regarded — guests highlighted a well-equipped gym, a beautiful swimming pool, and a complimentary kids' playroom that suits families.
Rapport qualité-prix8,3
Standard quality for this hotel tier.

Great hotel in a very central location

Staff are fantastic, very helpful, so friendly and professional.

Lifts are a bit outdated with their management, not performance. If you're on the top floors it may take awhile before a lift arrives.
