Résumé par IAOverall sentiment skews positive with comfortable rooms, strong location and good value, though there are notable negative outliers (cleanliness incident, noisy nights and pool maintenance) that affected some stays.

Propreté7,0
Multiple guests report clean rooms and good housekeeping, but there is at least one strong complaint citing old towels, insects and poor sanitary condition.
Service7,5
Several guests praise staff and specific employees, while a number report uncooperative receptionists and issues at check-in (deposit/payment), giving mixed service impressions.
Emplacement9,0
Consistently praised as convenient and close to Arab Street/Soi 5 and shopping; some notes about noise or being a bit far from major malls but overall very strong location sentiment.
Chambre8,5
Rooms described as comfortable with very comfortable beds; a few comments mention slightly dated furniture or rooms feeling a bit cramped but overall positive on room comfort.
Équipements7,0
Amenities include a small rooftop pool and modern decor noted by guests, but the pool condition and maintenance are repeatedly criticized and there are reports of disco noise and shower temperature issues.
Rapport qualité-prix9,0
Multiple mentions of good value and favorable price-quality balance (e.g., 'Bon rapport qualité prix', 'excellent for the price').
Restauration7,0
Mixed feedback: some praise the breakfast as varied and good, others find it nothing special; one guest reported refusal to provide an early breakfast, which is a negative outlier.
