Résumé par IAOverall positive: many guests report a lovely, welcoming stay with helpful staff and clean rooms; issues noted (amenities, breakfast, some room faults) but generally not dealbreakers.

Emplacement8,0

Chambre7,8
Mixed reports: rooms described as large, modern and clean but some note small bathrooms, unfinished fittings, leaks, hard beds and hot water/utility issues.
Équipements7,4
Some negatives: pool and rooftop jacuzzi show wear and need updating; restaurant/area under renovation and occasional closures; kids club AC issues; shuttle service noted as positive.

It was great!

Reasonably priced delicios food at the Nawa restaurant, kind & friendly staff members.

Not that I did not like. I am thankful they provided us with water. A bit more would be ggreat. It was very hot when we were there. We ran out of water.

Luxury that feels like coming home.

The accommodation were clean and modern. The staff members were friendly and exceptionally helpful.

The location is a bit of walk from the beach. But that is not the resorts fault.
