Hôtel propre , personnels cool . Rapport qualité prix parfait

Le personnels était top en particulier MJ le responsable une perle qui a fait rayonné mon séjour dans cet hôtel

Le bruit des enfants très tôt le matin et le petit déjeuné pas bon .

Very well appointed, luxury rooms. Beach over the road, once you work out how to get there.

The service from all the staff was exceptional, not just at the front desk, but wherever and whenever they encountered you on the property. One Russian lady in particular was very helpful, even when I mislaid my room card. The rooms were spectatular, with bath, etc. and the shower had good pressure. The beds were lovely.

One small thing, which I noticed they were rectifying the day I left. The main pool by the bar was not clean at all, perhaps there had been some weather event or something. However, I swam in another pool in the complex which was fine.

Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach’te konaklamaktan çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu, temizliği ve çalışanların güler yüzlü yaklaşımı tatilimizi daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Personel oldukça ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Konaklamamız boyunca kendimizi rahat ve özel hissettik. Hem dinlenmek hem de güzel bir tatil geçirmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz! Phuket’e tekrar geldiğimizde yeniden tercih etmek isteriz. 🌴☀️

The beautiful Karon Beach with the most amazing sunsets and very bodyboardable waves is just across the road. It is away from the hustle but still in walking distance. The staff is truly wonderful, real Thai hospitality, kindness from the bottom of the heart. We were pampered with a room upgrade

Unfortunately one of the pools were under maintenance while we were there. But than that just has to be done sometimes… Some maintenance needed.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Karon. The location was excellent, especially being so close to Karon Beach and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it was also a great choice for traveling with a young child. What I liked most was the convenience of the location — everything we needed was nearby, while the hotel itself was a comfortable place to come back to after a long day exploring Phuket. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Phuket. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a great location.

i definitely will stay here again

the location is super … across the road is direct excess to Karon beach , rooms r specious and nice with big balcony…. the staff is very friendly and helpful

the mattress is kinda hard for me , i preffer soft mattress… the swimming pool’s r not so clean and the showers beside pools r not working at all …. the massage at hotel is so over priced
