IanVoyage en solo · Oct 16⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Great Value I stayed one night at LK Metropole and was genuinely impressed by the outstanding service from all staff — the bell boys, reception, and cleaning team were exceptional. My room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. While the hotel exterior and pool area are showing signs of age and would benefit from major upgrades, the friendly smiles and professionalism of the staff more than made up for it. For its central location, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

Там нету лифта и подняться на третий этаж это как будто подняться на 5 этаж, у них очень высокая лестница и неудобная коридор

JoVoyage en solo · Aug 14The location was great. Close to catch baht buses, the beach, bars and restaurants. As a female solo traveller I felt safe. The staff were friendly. Bed was really comfy and it was clean. Breakfast was really good. Choice of buffet style and cooked to order options. Nice pool area.
The decor is a bit run down. But it didn't spoil my stay. I would return.

There isn’t any lift in this building of the hotel, but they tell you this as soon as you book, so your choice really, can be a bit noisy on a night if you want an early night, but if you want quiet then book somewhere else
