Bien · sur 418 avisRésumé par IAMany guests report pleasant stays, repeat visits and recommend the hotel, praising location, staff and the kosher/shabbat offerings; despite some facility issues the overall sentiment for returning guests is strongly positive.
Propreté7,1
Rooms and public areas are generally reported as clean and cleaners are praised, but there are recurring complaints about a strong smell in reception, garbage on the access path and an unkempt rooftop/pool area.Service7,8
Staff and kitchen team are frequently described as friendly and helpful; several guests praise attentive staff. However there are isolated negative reports of rudeness/unhelpfulness at reception and comments about some cleaning staff attitude.Emplacement8,8
Many reviews highlight an excellent, convenient location; repeatedly listed as a key positive. A few notes mention difficult access via a trash-lined alley and nearby street garbage affecting approach.Chambre6,8
Mixed impressions: comfortable beds and adequate room size for some, but rooms are described as dated, in need of renovation and not particularly large or modern.Équipements6,6
Property offers distinctive amenities (on-site synagogue, kosher services, Shabbat meals) which are valued by many, but the pool is poorly maintained with too few loungers, gym is very basic and the rooftop is neglected.Rapport qualité-prix7,6
Standard quality for this hotel tier.Restauration6,9
Kosher food availability and staff effort are appreciated; however multiple guests find the food basic and not comparable to proper hotel restaurants — service often feels informal and limited.

Access to the hotel is complicated, and you have to follow a foul-smelling alley with trash bins lining the entire path. In addition, the pool is not well maintained, and there are only two worn-out sun loungers available. The gym is very basic, and the equipment provided is simply not appealing.
