Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern. Im Zimmer ist es feucht, die Wände schimmeln, es stinkt extrem modrig, manche Lampen funktionieren nicht, die Handtuchhalterungen fallen fast von der Wand. Uns wurden die Dusch und Handtücher weggenommen, haben keine frischen bekommen. Die Poolanlage ist nicht sehr einladend. Die Liegen sind teilweise durchgelegen und kaputt, es gibt keine Sonnenschirme, die Poolbar wird nicht bewirtet. Frühstück wurde uns gar nicht erst angeboten.

Transport from Hotel to Sukhumvit Road... It's quite a distance in the heat when you have to do it several times a day. And the shuttle only is available periodically. There is NO breakfast at the Hotel it has to be ordered from elsewhere.

No ofrece desayuno, es importante cuando se esta de vacaciones y se requiere aprovechar el tiempo para salir a iniciar las actividades programadas.

MichaelVoyage en couple · Aug 27Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ließ uns unaufgefordert früher einchecken was uns sehr freute. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns gut ausgeruht. Das Nötigste wurde bereitgestellt und wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

لا يوجد بعض المرافق والفندق قديم وغير نظيف وبعض الاشياء مكسرة والستارة محروقه وغير نظيفة ويوجد صراصير صغيرة
نورهVoyage en famille · Aug 25لم يعجبنا الفندق و لا انصح فيه لهذه الأسباب: حجزت 3 غرف وكل غرفة كان فيها مشاكل لم يكن هناك من يساعدنا في حمل الشنط عند الوصول و لا يوجد ترولي لحملهم الأثاث قديم و مكسور و التلفزيون لا توجد قنوات فقط اليوتيوب تم تغيير غرفتين بسبب السرير المكسور و كشكله في المحيط بعض الموظفين صعب التفاهم معهم و نادري الابتسامة والترحيب التنظيف ليس بالمستوى المطلوب
الاهتمام بكل التفاصيل خصوصا ان الفندق 4 نجوم و يجب أن يكون في هذا المستوى
