Kindly staff with charming smile
Nice room, nice location, great staff. I enjoyed my stay. I will be back.
Spent about 1 week here, this is such a great location. The place is well maintained and has a great design. The staff are amazing, very attentive and very nice. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. Our trip was at a good time as the annual Chiang Mai Flower Festival and Parade were on between 7-9 February. The parade was right in front of the hotel and the gardens were a short walk from there as well. Most places are within walking distance of the hotel. There is a cute night market just down the road as well and it is very close to the main gate. I will definitely book again.
Very clean hotel with friendly and welcoming staff.
The first bedroom we had, had only one window just in the bathroom and there was a problem with the water pipes knocking (hammering) all night. Then we asked to change room, they gave us one, one level below, we fortunately couldn’t hear the water pipes anymore but there was no window at all. Double check your booking for window if you want one!
Great location. Room at the back was quiet. Quiet aircon. Lots of restaurants close by.
Hotel was clean, friendly staff, great location. We enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this place.
