They really go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, whether it’s helping you solve a problem or arranging a room change if something doesn’t suit you. The views are beautiful, and the local Vietnamese breakfasts and dinners, enjoyed with the family, are a real highlight. The food feels authentic and homemade, and the whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The location is fantastic, too. Honestly, I don’t see much reason to stay in Sapa town when you can stay somewhere like this, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a much more authentic local atmosphere. Everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

There is no coffee machine and microwave in the room, refrigerator is too small and works not very well and bad quality towels. The cafe inside the hotel is too expensive compare the restaurants around the hotel.
