We answer at these addresses and treat a message there as formal contact. Authorities and users reporting content should use the legal address — it is our point of contact under the Digital Services Act.

What we are

Pinns is an online marketplace. Accommodation and activities are offered by hosts and providers in their own name; we operate the platform on which they do it, and we are not a party to the contract between them and a guest. The terms of that relationship are in the Điều khoản dịch vụ.

Consumer disputes

Consumers in the EU can use the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before that, write to us — most things are settled faster in a message than in a procedure.
